Returns Terms and Conditions
- Eligibility for Return
- Customers may return products within twenty five (25) days from the date of delivery, excluding orders placed during sales.
- Owing to stringent hygiene standards, we do not accept returns for caps, hats, masks, boxers, shorts, bodysuits, crop tops, tank tops, baby tees, and stationery items such as stickers.
- Products must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all original tags attached.
- Restrictions on Returns
- Wearing Sesh reserves the right to refuse returns of products that appear to be used, washed, soiled, or damaged, except where the items were delivered in such condition.
- Arrangements for reverse pickups will only be made following confirmation from our Customer Experience Team. Customers are required to send images of defective products to support@wearingsesh.com for assessment.
- Once confirmed, reverse pickup of the products can be arranged by us if requested and based on availability.
- The product’s packaging must remain intact as delivered.
- Wearing Sesh employs third-party delivery services such as BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, etc. Charges incurred for reverse pickups will be paid and responsibility of the customer.
- If a product purchased during a sale is returned, the refund will equate to the amount paid by the customer, not the current price of the product.
- Refunds for returns will be processed to the customer’s source account. In case of COD payments, refund will be credited to the bank account sent via email.
- RETURN/REFUND POLICY
- Customers are granted twenty five (25) days from the date of product delivery to initiate a return (for orders placed outside promotional sales).
- Should goods be returned within the stipulated period, the amount for delivery will be deducted from refund amount if the reverse pickup was requested.
- In the event of receiving a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect product, customers must contact support@wearingsesh.com within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery.
- A product may be returned up to two (2) consecutive times.
- Conditions for Replacement or Refund
- Defects Covered Under Guarantee
- Includes loose stitching or seams, fabric discoloration or fading, print or design flaws, uneven dye distribution, fabric pilling, excessive fabric shrinkage, misaligned or missing embellishments, excessive fabric wrinkling or creasing, fabric tearing along edges, or any other significant defects affecting the garment’s appearance or functionality.
- Defects Not Covered Under Guarantee
- Includes damage due to improper washing or care, fabric damage from excessive wear and tear, alterations or modifications made post-purchase, damage from external factors such as accidents, fabric deterioration due to exposure to harsh chemicals or environmental conditions, or any defects resulting from non-adherence to provided care instructions.
- Inspection and Verification
- Wearing Sesh reserves the right to inspect the product to determine its eligibility for replacement or refund based on the stated conditions.
- Defects Covered Under Guarantee
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at support@wearingsesh.com along with return reason, images for the product received and request for reverse pickup or shipping address should you wish to ship the parcel to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number which confirms your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCHANGES
We do not provide exchange. If you wish to obtain a different item or size, please return the original product and place a new order.
